Search your access logs for the claimed crawler user agent, then inspect the requested paths and response codes. Keep verification of bot identity separate from a string match. A request does not show that the content was indexed, used for training or cited in an answer.

Keep the evidence with the finding

1. Record the exact URL and check date.
2. Identify whether the result is page evidence, a log event or a sampled answer.
3. Make one reviewable change at a time.
4. Check the published result and measure outcomes separately.
